Understand the whole process

Modus21's analysis methodology focuses on the whole process. We work to understand the interactions of all the parts in a complex system, concentrating on the interfaces and boundaries of components, as well as their arrangement.

Often, an organization's personnel are not able to identify internal issues or potential for resource optimization, because they see only bits and pieces of the process in the course of their daily work.

By working with personnel to determine the most pressing needs, Modus21 creates an analysis plan that allows us to develop a firm understanding of the existing environment, as well as the potential improvements the organization is seeking. We then put together a macro-level organizational review, combined with a process-specific micro-view of the processes. The outcome of the changes can then be determined. The true value of this approach for the customer comes from the fact that, at the end of the analysis, the customer has an executable plan and knows what the results will be if it is implemented correctly. This reduces the risk that is usually inherent in change.
